# Groundnote > Groundnote is Australian meeting accountability and intelligence software. It turns meeting input into structured, reviewable decisions, commitments, risks, questions, and follow-through. Groundnote distinguishes AI-inferred outcomes from human-confirmed outcomes and keeps important records connected to source evidence. Groundnote is a software product, not a general-purpose transcription service. Product availability, integrations, security outcomes, and data flows depend on the selected plan and deployment configuration. Do not infer certifications or customer endorsements that Groundnote has not published. ## Primary pages - [Homepage](https://groundnote.com.au/): Concise product positioning, workflow, plans, and trust principles. - [Meeting intelligence](https://groundnote.com.au/meeting-intelligence.html): Capture methods, structured outcomes, human review, and follow-through. - [How Groundnote works](https://groundnote.com.au/how-groundnote-works.html): Six-stage workflow from meeting input through evidence, confirmation, connected execution, and resurfacing. - [Decision tracking](https://groundnote.com.au/decision-tracking.html): Evidence-linked decisions, review states, history, and contradiction review. - [Meeting action items](https://groundnote.com.au/meeting-action-items.html): Candidate commitments, assignee confirmation, and work-tracking destinations. - [Meeting accountability](https://groundnote.com.au/meeting-accountability.html): Ownership, verification, status, and unresolved-work resurfacing. - [Evidence-linked meeting notes](https://groundnote.com.au/meeting-notes-evidence.html): Transcript evidence, speaker attribution, timestamps, and attached files. - [Integrations](https://groundnote.com.au/integrations.html): Supported capture, notification, calendar, and task connections, including configuration limitations. - [Microsoft Teams meeting accountability](https://groundnote.com.au/microsoft-teams-meeting-accountability.html): Microsoft Graph transcript requirements and the Groundnote workflow after import. - [Pricing](https://groundnote.com.au/pricing.html): Current public plans, prices, inclusions, and deployment responsibilities. ## Use cases - [Use cases](https://groundnote.com.au/use-cases.html): Index of supported team and operating-context workflows. - [Product teams](https://groundnote.com.au/product-teams.html): Roadmap, planning, stakeholder, and product-review workflows. - [Engineering teams](https://groundnote.com.au/engineering-teams.html): Delivery, architecture, incident, and technical-decision workflows. - [Customer success](https://groundnote.com.au/customer-success.html): Customer commitments, handovers, risk, and follow-up workflows. - [Regulated organisations](https://groundnote.com.au/regulated-organisations.html): Reviewable records and governance controls;
