What the connection does
When an authorised Teams transcript is available, Groundnote can bring it into the meeting-intelligence workflow. The transcript can support candidate decisions, commitments, risks, questions, speaker context, and timestamps, subject to the data Microsoft makes available.
What an administrator must configure
Microsoft states that Graph access to Teams meeting transcripts is off by default. An administrator must enable applicable transcript API access, manage application permissions, and decide whether speaker attribution is available. If Graph transcript access is disabled, Microsoft returns a forbidden response even when the app requested permissions.
