Make consequential meeting records easier to inspect.
Groundnote links decisions, commitments, risks, and questions to evidence and human review, while supporting audit history, retention, legal hold, sensitivity, and redaction controls.
Where meeting governance breaks down
Important statements can be reduced to unattributed summaries, corrected without history, retained without policy, or exported through integrations no reviewer has mapped. GRC teams need both the outcome record and an understanding of the controls around it.
Review points Groundnote supports
- Source context for consequential extracted outcomes.
- Distinct AI-inferred, confirmed, and disputed states.
- Material action history through hash-chained audit records.
- Configurable retention, legal hold, sensitivity, and redaction.
- Local processing paths and explicitly configured external services.
Deployment remains part of the control
Groundnote is self-hosted. Operators are responsible for infrastructure, TLS, storage, backups, encryption configuration, access administration, and external provider choices. Fortress or air-gap behavior must be explicitly deployed; it is not the default state of every installation.
No automatic compliance claim
Groundnote is not SOC 2 certified, ISO 27001 certified, HIPAA certified, or independently penetration-tested as stated on the current security page. Product controls do not make a deployment compliant, and this page is not legal or regulatory advice.
